Shipping Policy

Everything on this site ships from New York to addresses within the United States. This page sets out what that costs, how long it takes and what happens when something goes wrong in transit.

The short version

Flat $9.95 shipping, free over $75, United States only, dispatched within one business day.

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 on any order, whatever its size or weight. Once the order total reaches $75, shipping is free and the rate is removed automatically at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders placed before closing on a business day are normally packed the next working day. Delivery after dispatch usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Weekends and public holidays are not working days for either figure.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the contents before unpacking further and email hello@aleatherworks.shop within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a refund without asking you to return a broken item at your own cost.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. We do not ask you to chase the carrier yourself.
