At Global Leathers the picking takes 1–2 business days and carriage another 3–7, which is 4–9 business days door to door for most of the country.

How much is shipping?

Free US shipping starts at $75.00 at Global Leathers; anything smaller carries a flat $9.95.

Do you ship outside the United States?

US addresses only for now; Global Leathers does not ship internationally.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

What can I pay with?

Cards work at the Global Leathers checkout, and so do Afterpay, Klarna and WeChat Pay; card numbers are processed by the provider and never stored here.

Can I return something?

Global Leathers accepts returns for 30 days after delivery on unused stock in the original pack, and pays the postage when the fault is at this end. Global Leathers publishes the exact conditions on the Refund and Returns Policy page.

How fast are refunds?

Expect within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item from the moment Global Leathers checks the return in, plus whatever the card issuer takes to display it.

Until the order is picked, Global Leathers can cancel it; after dispatch the only route is a return.
