Payment Policy
This page lists exactly which payment methods work at our checkout and how your card details are handled. Nothing is accepted here that is not on this list.
Methods we accept
Credit and debit cards
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are taken at checkout and handled by our payment provider.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.
Klarna
Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.
Afterpay
Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.
Currency
Every price on this site is displayed and charged in US dollars. There is no separate handling charge: the checkout total is the amount taken.
How your card details are handled
Card details are entered into the payment provider's own secure form and are never stored on our servers. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits, nothing more.
When you are charged
Payment is taken when the order is placed rather than when it ships. If we cannot fulfil it afterwards, we cancel and refund in full. See the Cancellation Policy.
Declined payments
A declined payment creates no order and takes no money, though your bank may show a temporary authorisation that clears itself. Speak to your card issuer first; if it keeps happening, call +1 212-244-5190.
